Now Offering Firewood
At Central Vermont Chimney Sweeping we are happy to be able to offer Seasoned Firewood, which consists of mixed hardwoods. We have set up our own operation for cutting, splitting, and drying our wood in a trailer heated with, of course, wood. After filling up the drying racks and loading them into the trailer, the wood is dried with constant heat with an average temperature of 150 degrees. After 7 days of drying time, the average moisture content reads 7%-20%
